Error Initializing Virtual Displays
Solution 1
Whether you're installing the Immersed Windows agent for the first time or after a software update, you might encounter the follow error message:
On your Windows computer, open Device Manager and then from View tab, select Show hidden devices.
If you find Immersed Virtual Display Adapter (v3) under Other devices section, then uninstall it from under the Other devices section, and then restart the Immersed Windows Agent.
Solution 2
If you still see the same error or the Virtual Displays menu shows an error (like in the screenshot below)
Open Device Manager again and from View tab, select Show hidden devices. This time we will try to update the Immersed Virtual Display Adapter (v3) driver manually.
Locate Immersed Virtual Display Adapter (v3), which could be under the Other devices section or under the Display adapters section. Right-click it and select Update driver. Then follow the prompts as shown in the screenshots below.

- Restart the Immersed Windows Agent
- Connect your computer to the Immersed VR app (headset) & try adding a virtual display
